Royal Academy of Dance @Home As the home for dance, the RAD is here to support you when you can’t leave yours. As such, RAD created RAD@Home to provide a whole raft of content to help you make the most of dancing at home. Kirov Academy of Washington DC (@kirovacademydc) Washington-based school is the first dance school outside Russia to officially be given the name “Kirov”. In the times of social distancing, they are offering live ballet classes with the school’s Artistic Director Runqiao Du on their Facebook and Instagram pages! Rambert (@rambertdance) launched Rambert Home Studio, offering inspiring classes online for everyone to take at home, whatever their age or level, from early years through to people aged 60 and over.
Rambert Home Studio is offered on a pay what you can donation basis (via Paypal) with most classes available on our Youtube channel.

LINES Dance Center (@linesdancecenter) of Alonzo King LINES Ballet is offering daily live classes since March 18th and have just moved our annual adult dance intensive scheduled for May 28-31, including an exciting opportunity to take a session with Artistic Director, Alonzo King. several current and former LINES Ballet company members as guest teachers on our weekly class schedule; Adji Cissoko is now teaching a regular class on Wednesdays. Ballet Hispánico (@ballethispanico) announced a new Instagram video series entitled B Unidos, began on March 23 at 12 pm EST/ 5 pm BST. The series will feature a series of videos posted each weekday, created by the three arms of the Ballet Hispánico: the professional company, the School of Dance, and Community Arts Partnership (CAP).
The Australian Ballet started a series of “simple but effective” ballet exercises with company’s Artistic Director David McAllister. You can check the classes on Youtube, Facebook and Instagram.
Birmingham Royal Ballet is launching Home From Home, a new series of online content which will give an exclusive insight into the company’s daily routine and specially curated performances as they stay fit and creative whilst in isolation at their homes across the globe. The series will open on 3rd of April 11 am BST/ 6 am EST with Ballet Class Live, an exclusive live-streamed class led by Ballet Master Dominic Antonucci that company members will be dialling into voluntarily from wherever they live in the world. The class will be stramed via BBC ARTS.
American Midwest Ballet as part of its response to the COVID-19 public health emergency, American Midwest Ballet’s official school is now offering a selection of online dance classes, available free to the community. Recorded by American Midwest Ballet School faculty members, the on-demand classes can be viewed at any time on the shools Youtube Channel and range from creative movement for pre-schoolers to advanced-level ballet, tap, modern/contemporary, and jazz.
Jasmin Vardimon Company offers Pop Up Space classes FREE online for a month. You can join the class from your own home, to keep moving and strengthen your body via Zoom. You can check the details and schedule here!
New York City Ballet (@nycballet) has recently announced their digital season, which apart from ballet performances included movent classes with NYCB Artists. The ROH Learning Platform The Royal Opera House today opened the doors to a new virtual classroom and launched a brand-new programme of free home-learning opportunities for children and young people to encourage their creativity. Championed by former Royal Ballet Principal Darcey Bussell, this unique series of home learning activities has an inspiring range of content for every age across music, dance and making. National Dance Company Wales BBC Arts digital festival Culture in Quarantine will present Wales’ National Dance Company – the Cardiff-based contemporary dance company – live-streaming one of its daily dance classes, giving an opportunity for audiences to join in and to have a look into the lives of professional dancers at this time of lockdown. The class, which will be streamed at 11 am BST on Friday 17 April, will feature Angela Towler, former Rehearsal Director for Rambert Dance Company, leading the session involving the Company’s 10 dancers, and inviting people to just watch or join in the exercise.

Battery Dance (@batterydance) announces the creation of Battery Dance TV, launching on Friday, March 27, 2020 to provide free live dance classes and programming for the general public by Battery Dance and affiliated artists through a regularly scheduled program.
