The Founders and directors of Sisters Grimm are ex-Royal Ballet ballerina Pietra Mello-Pittman and Grammy-nominated composer Ella Spira. Both had successful careers working in theatre, film and TV. In 2009 we had a vision to create a theatre company that broke all the rules… Sisters Grimm was born.
Soweto Gospel Choir have been nominated for a Grammy this year. To celebrate we will be holding a Grammy Themed INALA Time Out event in Singapore week commencing Monday 11th February. Date to be announced next week. The evening will include a performance from some of the INALA cast featuring Soweto Gospel Choir, BBC Young Dancer winner Nafisah Baba, and original INALA cast member Adelene Stanley. We will shortly be sending out invites and would love you to join us.
Lastly, we would like to announce that we have just relaunched our Sisters Grimm Website. Our new website includes the making of the films and galleries of images from The Ministry of Sound event.
